JOB TITLE: Associate - {TE7911139}
Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., seeks an Associate in New York, NY to support the execution of live transactions for the Consumer Coverage Team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience executing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and advising consumer companies; preparing valuation analysis including Discounted Cash Flows (DCFs), Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), merger models, precedent transactions, and public comparable analyses; composing marketing materials including Confidential Information Memoranda, Management Presentation and teasers, managing NDA execution with counterparties, handling the distribution of marketing materials, and documenting buyer interactions; facilitating the assembly of Virtual Data Room (VDR) and assisting the due diligence process; summarizing and analyzing retail consumption data and industry data; preparing financial analyses including the construction of operating models, the preparation of Pro Forma P&Ls, and analyses on unit economics; and executing transaction constructs including corporate carve-outs, sponsor portfolio company sales, and private company sales. Salary range: $225,000.00 - $240,000.00/year. This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.
